B.- ORP PROBE: When the ORP probe is in use
1.-The equipment PoolWatch Top Eco Inorganic Chlorine comes from factory with Set Point's value programmed to 750 mV.
2.-We have the possibility of fitting the value of mV from 000 to 1999 mV (for it to see flow chart).
3.-In case of dosing Inorganic Chlorine: the connection of the pump must be in the exit of the relay number 1, that is to say, the points
number 12 and number 13. Later start the Clhorine dosing pump, selected a percentage of wealth of the pump, adapted to the
characteristics of the swimming pool.
4.-Once fitted the level of chlorine if the level is not sufficient (to effect an analysis of the water of the swimming pool), one would enter
the programming of the equipment, would go away to the SET POINT (SET P), the parameter would be selected of mV by means of
the corresponding keys. After, would interfere a value of the SET POINT superior to the one that we have, and there would be
touched the key ENTER, returning to the beginning of the flow chart; of this form there would increase the level of present chlorine in
the water.
5.-Of analogous form, in case the level of chlorine is superior to the wished one (to effect an analysis of the water of the swimming pool),
one would enter the programming of the equipment, it would go away to the SET POINT (SET P), the parameter would be selected
of mV by means of the corresponding keys. After, would interfere a value of the SET POINT lower than the one that we had, and
there would be touched the key ENTER, returning to the beginning of the flow chart. If after operative this one the level of chlorine
was high, we would repeat the operation until the wished level was obtained.
ATTENTION:
If the chlorine values after the dosing is superior to the programmed value (see LCD screen ) it means:
The chlorine dispenser pump has a percentage wich is too high in the pump flow. Hence, we will have to reduce this percentage.
On the contrary, if we are dosing and we can not reach the programmed value it means that:
The chlorine dispenser pump has a percentage wich is too low in the pump flow. Hence, we will have to increase this percentage.
9. STARTING OF POOLWATCH TOP ECO INORGANIC CHLORINE
Once finished with the installation and programming, starting of PoolWatch Top Eco Inorganic Chlorine is carried out.
l.- Close sample taking valve (13)
2.- Open water inlet (1) and outlet (15) valves.
3.- Start filtering pump.
4.- Open valve (21) in order to regulate flow in the analysis chamber, letting water circulate inside and adjust its flow to 30 lts/h
(When the float top (17) emerges over the signal engraved on the front part of the analysis chamber, flow is optimal).
5.- Switch dispenser pumps or motorized valve on and choose a work proportion that suits swimming pool volume.
