Digital Still Camera mode
MPEG Playback
The MPEG PB function works in PLAYER mode only.
The MPEG PB function allows you to watch the moving pictures
(MPEG4) recorded.
During the MPEG4 playback, you can hear sound at the PC speaker
only. (You cannot hear it from the speaker onto a
camcorder and TV.)
1. Set the mode switch to MEMORY position.
2. Set the power switch to PLAYER mode.
3. Press the MENU button and turn the MENU DIAL to
highlight MEMORY.
4. Press the ENTER button to enter sub-menu.
5. Use the MENU DIAL to select M.PLAY from the sub-
menu.
6. Press the ENTER button to enter sub-menu.
7. Use the MENU DIAL to select MPEG4 from the
submenu.
8. Press the PLAY/STILL button.
The moving pictures recorded into the MEMORY
STICK are played back.
Notes
There could be any broken or mosaic pictures while
playing the MPEG4 moving picture images, but it is
not malfunction.
Sharp G.726 Audio Codec is automatically installed
through Internet when you play the MPEG4 file.
If sharp G.726 Audio Codec is not properly installed
on your PC, it could not play Audio in the MPEG4 file.
Moving image recorded on the Memory Stick may not
play in other manufacturer's camcorders.
The MPEG4 file recorded by another camcorder might not be allowed
th play by this camcorder.

You need Microsoft Windows Media Player Version 9 or higher
version and Sharp G726 Audio Codec in order to play MPEG4 file
on the Memory Stick on your PC. (Microsoft Windows Media Player
Version 9 (Eng) is included in the CD that is supplied.)

each languages on Microsoft Website, "http://www.microsoft.com/

Reproducción MPEG
La función MPEG PB (reproducción MPEG) sólo opera en la modalidad
PLAYER.
Esta función permite ver los vídeos grabados en formato MPEG4.
Durante la reproduccion MPEG4, solo podra oir audio en el altavoz del
PC. (no podra oir audio en el altavoz de la camara o TV)
1. Ajuste el interruptor de modalidad en la posición MEMORY.
2. Ajuste el interruptor de la videocámara en la modalidad
3. Pulse el botón MENÚ y gire el DIAL MENÚ hasta resaltar
4. Pulse el botón ENTER para acceder al submenú.
5. Mediante el DIAL MENÚ, seleccione la opción M.PLAY

Es posible que los archivos MPEG4 grabados por otras videocámaras no
puedan reproducirse en ésta.

Para reproducir los archivos MPEG4 del Memory Stick en un PC, es
necesario utilizar el Reproductor de Windows Media de Microsoft,
versión 9 o superior, y el códec de audio Sharp G.726 (en el CD
suministrado se incluye el Reproductor de Windows Media de
Microsoft versión 9 en inglés).

Notas
Es posible que, durante la reproducción de los vídeos
MPEG4, aparezcan imágenes cortadas o en forma de
mosaico. Esto no se debe a un funcionamiento incorrecto.
El códec de audio Sharp G.726 se instala automáticamente
desde Internet al reproducir un archivo MPEG4.
Si el códec de audio Sharp G.726 no se instala
correctamente en el PC, no será posible reproducir el
sonido del archivo MPEG4.
Es posible que las imágenes de vídeo grabadas en el
Memory Stick no puedan reproducirse en videocámaras
de otras marcas.
