VI. WARRANTY
SCOTT SPORTS SA guarantees the original purchaser of this product that the product
is free from material and processing defects for a period of two years from the date
of purchase. This warranty does not cover defects or material damage due to abuse,
neglect, improper repair, unsatisfactory fit, cleaning, disinfection and/or maintenance,
alterations or use for purposes other than those intended by the manufacturer. This
warranty supersedes all other agreements and warranties, and neither representatives
nor any other parties are authorized to assume liability on behalf of SCOTT SPORTS
SA in conjunction with the sale or use of this product.

The SCOTT TRACKER helmet comply with the provisions and safety requirements of
Directive 89/686/EEC on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE Category II).
According to standard EN 1077:2007 the peak acceleration of this helmet for each
impact measured in laboratory test conditions does not exceed 250 g. All homolo-
gated helmets are labeled with corresponding seals indicating they have passed the
official tests. They are affixed in plain sight and may not be removed.
