1. Variable Speed Control
The Edge Series Upright offers variable speed
control. Lower speeds for delicate and hard floor
surfaces. Higher speeds for carpet. Press "high"
to speed up motor through three speed settings.
Depress "low" to lower the motor speed through
three speed settings.

Disposable Odor Fighting dust bags play a

very important role in the efficiency of your
ORECK vacuum cleaner. The purpose of the
dust bag is to trap dirt, but at the same time it
must be porous enough to allow air to pass
through. If the dust bag becomes clogged,
no air can pass through the cleaner and
cleaning cannot take place, regardless of the
cleaner's power. Change your dust bag fre-
quently to increase your vacuum's performance.
3. HEPA-Celoc® Hypo-Allergenic Filter System
The outer bag and inner bag design of the Edge
offers HEPA filtration of 99.997% particulates
down to .3 microns. It is important to wipe the
inside of your outer bag depending on use.
The Celoc layered disposable inner dust bag is
designed for optimal performance. Depending on
cleaning environment, it may need to be changed as
often as once a month. Change it more often if it is
used in extremely dirty areas. Increase the cleaning
power of your vacuum by changing the bag often.
4. Light Duty Cleaning Wand
The on-board light duty cleaning wand is designed
for quick, light duty corner and above the floor
cleaning. The orange tipped crevice tool extends
out of the wand for additional reach.
Note: For heavier above the floor and crevice
clean-ups use the Edge Series handheld canister.
