g) Operate the charger only

ginal batteries. Charging
other batteries may result in
injuries and risk of ire.
h) Avoid mechanical damage
to the charger. This can result
in internal short circuits.
i) Do not operate the char-
ger on a combustible sur-
face (e.g. paper, textiles).

ring charging.
j) If the power cable for this
equipment is damaged, it
must be replaced by the
manufacturer, a customer
service agent of the same
or a similarly qualiied
person in order to prevent
hazards.
k) Do not use the charger to
charge non-rechargeable
batteries.
l) Do not connect a dama-
ged cable to the power
supply. Do not touch a da-
maged cable before it has
been disconnected from
the power supply, as you
could come into contact
with active parts.
Charging process
Do not expose the battery to
extreme conditions such as
heat and impact. There is a risk
of injury from leaking electro-
lyte solution! In case of contact,
rinse with water or neutraliser
and consult a doctor if contact
has occurred with eyes etc.
Charge the battery only in
dry areas.
Do not switch on the device
while charging it.
There is a risk of injury from
electric shock.
The rechargeable battery reaches
its full capacity only after it was
charged several times.
The safety key must be inserted dur-
ing the charging process.
