SPECIFIED CONDITIONS OF USE
TCCE units are air-cooled monobloc water chillers. TCCE T and H units
are air-cooled monobloc water chillers complete with storage tank and
pump. THCE units are air-cooled monobloc heat pumps. The THCE T
and H units are air-cooled monobloc heat pumps complete with storage
tank and pump. Both ranges are equipped with centrifugal fans.
They are intended for use in conditioning plants or industrial processes
where a supply of chilled water (TCCE) or chilled and hot water (THCE)
is required. Not suitable for drinking water.
DANGER!
The machine is designed for indoor installation.
Segregate the unit if installed in areas accessible to
persons under 14 years of age.
IMPORTANT!
The unit will only function correctly if the
instructions for use are scrupulously followed, if
the specified clearances are complied with during
installation and if the operating restrictions
indicated in this manual are strictly adhered to.
IMPORTANT!
Non-compliance with the recommended clearances
during installation will cause the unit to function
inefficiently with an increase in power consumption
and a considerable reduction in cooling (or heating)
capacity.
DANGER!
The machine has been designed and constructed
solely and exclusively to function as an air-cooled
water chiller or as an air-cooled heat-pump: any
other use is expressly PROHIBITED.
The installation of the machine in an explosive
environment is prohibited.

OPERATING LIMITS
I.4.1.1
R407C operating limits
Cooling cycle
Air-side exchanger inlet air temperature D.B.:
20°C ÷ 44°C for TCAE - THAE 114-126;
with outlet water temperature at 7°C.
Outlet water temperature: 4°C÷15°C.
The unit should not normally be operated with an outlet water
temperature that exceeds 18°C.
T (°C)= outdoor air temperature D.B.
t (°C)= water temperature produced
Temperature differential at the evaporator: ∆t = 3÷8°C.
Operation with condensation control (KFI)
Standard operation R407C
Minimum water pressure = 0.5bar
Maximum water pressure = 3bar
Heating cycle (for THCE)
Air-side exchanger inlet air temperature D.B.: -5°C ÷ 20°C
Outlet water temperature: 30°C÷53°C (48+∆t 5).
T (°C)= outdoor air temperature W.B.
t (°C)= water temperature produced
Maximum inlet water temperature 48°C
Temperature difference at the condenser: ∆t=3÷8°C
Operation with condensation control (KFI)
Standard operation R407C
Minimum water pressure = 0.5bar
Maximum water pressure = 3bar
