Installing the Battery Pack

Important:
Use the battery pack only in
temperatures that are within the appropriate
range; refer to Specifications (page
1. Set the chain saw down on a level surface.
2. Align the tongue of the battery pack with the
battery cavity in the chain saw

3. Push the battery pack into the battery cavity until
the battery pack locks into place.

Place the chain saw on a flat surface.
Press down on the latch and remove the battery
pack from the cavity.
