Integrated RAID
Use the following procedures to configure drive mirroring (RAID 1) before installing an
operating system on the server module. If an operating system is preinstalled, you may use
the following instructions or the array management software that was shipped with the
system.
The following message appears during POST:
Press Crtl - M to start LSI Logic Configuration Utility...

Type your password and click OK.
Double-click in the New text box, leave the text box blank, and press <Enter>.
Double-click in the Repeat text box, leave the text box blank, and press <Enter>.
Click OK to remove the password.
Press <Print Screen> to launch OSCAR.
The Main dialog box appears.
Click Setup-Security.
The Menu dialog box appears.
Type in your password, if required.
Select Enable Screen Saver.
Type the number of minutes in Inactivity Time to delay the activation of password
protection and the screen saver.
NOTE: When the screen saver is activated, the flag displays FREE.
For Mode, select Energy if your monitor is ENERGY STAR
Select Screen if your monitor is not ENERGY STAR
CAUTION: Do not use the Energy setting if your monitor is not ENERGY STAR
compliant. Damage to your monitor may result.
Press <Ctrl> <M>.
Press <Enter> to display the Adapter Properties Menu for the highlighted adapter.
