Failure to install, or removed safety devices provided by the manufacturer will substantially
decrease the guaranteed safety standards.

To ensure the required conditions, it is necessary to strictly follow the machine installa-
tion and energizing instructions.

The meat tenderizer shall be installed in a non-corrosive working environment.
8.
Installation area shall be explosion safe.
9.
Use genuine SPARE PARTS only.
10. This instruction manual is the integral part of the meat tenderizer delivery and shall be
kept in a safe place.
OPERATION MANUAL:
ATTENTION: Before connecting the equipment to the power source, verify the electric data of
the machine shown on the nameplate and compare them with the electric mains' data.
Follow the operation and safety instructions concerning the meat tenderizer drive unit.
1. Make sure the blades are properly installed in the cutter. DO NOT cut meat until blades are
installed in place.
WARNING: Do not use meat pieces thicker than 30 mm, with big tendons or bones. Failure to
observe this rule shall result in the machine damage. FOR THE BEST RESULTS, use semi-frozen
meat.
2. Completely remove skin and bones to prepare meat for tenderizing. After that, cut meat
into pieces of size suitable for tenderizing.
3. Turn on the drive. Slowly put meat into the meat tenderizer chamber manually, piece by
piece. Insert the meat pieces into the meat tenderizer tray until they touch blades. Let the
blades grip meat.
WARNING: DO NOT push meat inside. DO NOT press meat with fingers.
4. If meat pieces are too short, use stainless steel tong avoiding its touching the blades.
5. Install the tray under the meat tenderizer opening to collect meat falling from the machine
bottom.
6. Upon finishing, turn the drive off. Disconnect the power cable of the drive.
7. The approximate performance per one piece of meat (10x15 cm): such piece shall pass the
blades within 5-6 seconds
