Failure description
AD value is below 11 (open circuit) or over 1012
(short circuit) for 60 seconds, in cooling mode, if
the sensor is abnormal, the unit does not deal with
it, besides, during defrosting and within 3 minutes
after defrosting, there is no alarm
AD value is below 11 (open circuit) or over 1012 (short
circuit) for 60 seconds, during defrosting and within 3
minutes after defrosting, there is no alarm
AD value is below 11 (open circuit) or over 1012 (short
circuit) for 60 seconds, during defrosting and within 3
minutes after defrosting, there is no alarm
After compressor runs for 5 minutes, AD value is
below 11 (open circuit) or over 1012 (short circuit)
for
60 seconds, in the course of start-up, defrosting and
within 3 minutes after defrosting, there is no alarm
For 200 consecutive cycles, no communication with any
indoor units
For 300 continuous seconds, the searched indoor
quantity is less than the set quantity.
For 300 continuous seconds, the searched indoor
quantity is more than the set quantity.
If disconnected for 50 ms continuously, an alarm sounds.
If alarm sounds thrice in an hour, confirm the failure
EEPROM failure
Td≥239°F(115°C) at 25 msec intervals twice
continuously, and over the set value, then stops, and an
alarm sounds; 3 minutes later, resumes automatically. If it
occurs thrice in an hour, confirm the failure.
After 4-way valve is charged for 3 minutes, if the below
conditions can be met for 10 continuous seconds, it is
communicating successfully:
1.
this outdoor compressor is running normally
2.
Pd-Ps≥87PSI(0.6MPa); otherwise, the system
alarms indicate reversing failure.
In normal operation, if Td<CT+50°F
(10°C) for 5 continuous minutes, the unit stops and
sounds the alarms. 2 minutes and 50 seconds later,
resumes automatically. If
it occurs thrice in an hour, confirm the failure. After fixed
frequency compressor alarms, inverter compressor will
continue to run. If fixed frequency compressor has been
locked thrice, the unit will stop and sound the alarm.
No communication for 30 seconds
If disconnected for 50 ms continuously, alarm will sound.
If alarm sounds thrice in an hour, confirm the failure
