CLEANING THE FUEL FILTER (DO NOT SMOKE!)
The injection pump is a very precise mechanism. If there is water or dirt in the fuel, the
piston could get damaged. Therefore, clean the fuel filter and the vessel very carefully.
• Check to see if there is water or dirt in the filter. Take it out and clean it.
• You must clean the fuel filter every 200 hours of use. Replace all the elements for new
ones every 500 hours.
• Shut the fuel cock before cleaning.
• Once clean, let the air out of the fuel system.

CHECKING NUTS AND SCREWS
• Tighten the loose nuts and screws.
• Check for possible oil and fuel leaks.
• Change the damaged parts for new ones.
• Always bear safety in mind.
CHANGING THE FUEL PIPE
• Change the rubber every 2 years.
• If there is a leak, change the rubber
immediately.
