7.4.12. Reaching the apical foramen (0.0) is indicated by a red color segment inside
the root canal image (Fig. 10) and a constant audio tone.
The red OVER indication accompanied by frequent beeps indicates that the file
tip have progressed beyond the foramen into the periapical region - 'Foramen
over-instrumentation' (Fig. 11).
