6. Remove the rivet (1) securing the splash shield to the
fender and discard.
NOTE: Repeat steps 4, 5 & 6 on the opposite side of
the vehicle.
7. Remove the eight fasteners (5), three fasteners (4)
and four fasteners (3) securing the front and rear belly
pans (1,2) to the vehicle. Save for reuse.
NOTE: It is recommended to keep each type of fas
tener in a separate labeled bag for reinstallation.
8. Remove the front and rear belly pans (1, 2).
9. Remove the nut (1) securing the lower portion of the
fascia to the inner fender (2). Access this nut (1)
through the opening between the wheelhouse splash
shield at the fascia. Save for reuse.
NOTE: Repeat step 9 on the opposite side of the vehi
cle.
