APPLICATIONS
The machine is supplied ready for use, the only operation
necessary is the insertion of the blade into the correct
position.
During cutting operations, make sure that the base is always
resting on the work piece.
In order to obtain top quality cutting and optimal performance,
both the amplitude hunt and advancement must be precisely
regulated, depending on the type of material that is being
used (for example: "0" amplitude hunt and slow advancement
should be adopted for sawing metal).
When cutting metals it is advised to spread a few drops of oil
on the cutting line.
Sheets should always be rested on sufficiently stable
supports (chip-board or plywood tables). In this manner
dragging is avoided and the elasticity of the material is
compensated for.
During use, make sure that the power supply cable does
not impede working operations or come into contact with the
tool.
Small work pieces should be securely clamped in order

SAFETY STANDARDS
The tool has been designed and constructed to permit
operation in all situations and in absolute safety. In particular
working conditions remember to use protective gloves and
safety goggles. The tool has been designed and constructed
to reduce noise to minimum levels. (See technical data). In
particular working conditions the maximum sound level at the
place of work may exceed
85dBA. In this case the operator must use ear protectors.
Work carefully and maintain the tool in perfect working order,
for your own safety.
The switch fitted on the saw prevents accidental machine
starting. However, a locking position has also been
provided.
PROTECTIVE SCREENS
Your saw is supplied with a transparent anti-chip screen and
with an anti-shavings device. Both of these devices must be
used during working operations.
The saw is supplied with a side guide in order to carry out
parallel cuts.
An oscillatory movement of blade can be obtained, permitting
safe and efficient work to be carried out on any type of
material.
