The warranty period from the day of purchase:

a. 8 years for the radiator.
b. 2 years for electric elements (control box).
c. In case of chrome radiator – 3 years for galvanic cover.
The evidence of purchase should be included with the warranty claim. The

Manufacturer has the right to reject a claim if the proof of purchase is missing.
The guarantee does not cover the following defects:

– caused by improper (not consistent with the manual) installation or
uninstallation,
– resulting from improper usage of the radiator,
– occurring as a result of any changes to the product made by unauthorized
personnel,
– caused by the Customer after the reception of the product from the Seller.
The manufacturer is obliged to repair the defect within 14 working days from

the date of delivery to his headquarters.
If repair is not possible, the manufacturer is obliged to replace the faulty de-

vice with a new, fully functional device.
In case of replacement with a new product warranty period starts again.

This warranty does not affect your customer rights.
