Verify Valve Function (K-10975 and K-10970) (cont.)
Approach the urinal and stand normally in front of the sensor.
Observe after a few seconds that a short pre-flush occurs.
Verify that the urinal valve emits no electronic beeping sounds.
After a period of time, walk away from the urinal.
Observe that, after a short delay, the urinal flushes.
Then, observe that the flush ends.
Later, observe that the 24-hour cleaning flush occurs.
NOTE: If required, troubleshoot as per the Troubleshooting Table in
the Homeowner's Guide.
NOTE: If required, clean the inlet screen as per the instructions in
the Homeowner's Guide.
