6. Warranty

TERM OF WARRANTY
MÁQUINAS AGRÍCOLAS JACTO S.A., authorized
by manufacturer PROTECT CONFECÇÕES LTDA.,
ensures the IPEs identified in this manual, being
responsible for repairing or replacing parts and
components that under normal service and use
conditions, according to the technical recom-
mendations, may present MANUFACTURING
DEFECTS OR RAW-MATERIAL PROBLEMS, com-
plying with the following rules:
"LEGAL WARRANTY", according to the con-
sumer law, encompasses THREE MONTHS.
Pants, shirts, aprons, masks, visors and Arabi-
an Cap are items considered having natural
wear-off, directly influenced by use condi-
tions. These items are covered by this war-
ranty only under the cases of manufacturing
defects or raw-material problems.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

• The IPE must be sent via mail to the address
containing of the purchasing invoice.
• The IPE must be preferably accommodated
in the original package.
• Mandatorily, the consumer must send a
copy of the purchase invoice along with
the product.
• The consumer must send, in written form, a
brief review about the supposed defect to
which the complaint is referent, clarifying
about the problem that occurred etc.
LOSS OF THE WARRANTY RIGHT:
• Products sent outside the abovementio-
ned specifications will not be accepted for
defect analysis and will be automatically
returned to the sender.
PRODUCT DEFECT ANALYSIS:
The defects evaluation will be done by the
suppliers, from whom we will receive a final
specialized report of the exchanging request.
Average conclusion time: 15 days after recei-
ving the product.
REPORT FAVORABLE TO THE EXCHANGE:
• The consumer will receive, at the origin
address, at no additional costs, the replace-
ment for the same product.
REPORT NON-FAVORABLE TO THE EXCHANGE:
The product will be sent to the consumer with
the letter / Non-approved report, 8 with no
right to product replacement. Non-approval
items:
• Absence of defect (damage pointed out by
consumer is not identified).
• Evidences of improper use of the product.
• Evidences of accidental damages.
• Natural wear-off due to use.
• IPE use foreign to the specifications, by
the non-reading of the INSTRUCTIONS
MANUAL;
• Defects caused by lack of cleanliness or
spruceness;
• Alteration in the equipment or of any origi-
nal characteristic;
• Abuses or neglecting of manufacturer re-
commendations;
• Loss of purchasing invoice;
