the LED light effects symbol on the lower right-hand edge of the display in stand-by mode for three
seconds until the word C00 appears on the display. Now use the arrow keys to switch between the
modes:
• C00: This stands for the standard variant, i.e.: In stand-by mode the LEDs light up red,
• During the workout, the colors adapt to the intensity. If you have set the color manually, but now want
to return to the standard variant, select this setting.
• C01: Select this setting if the color of the LED light effects should be permanently blue.
• C02: Select this setting if the color of the LED light effects should be permanently aqua.
• C03: Select this setting if the color of the LED light effects should be permanently green.
• C04: Select this setting if the color of the LED light effects should be permanently yellow.
• C05: Select this setting if the color of the LED light effects should be permanently orange.
• C06: Select this setting if the color of the LED light effects should be permanently red.
• C07: Select this setting if the color of the LED light effects should be permanently magenta.
To save your settings, press and hold the LED light effects symbol on the lower right edge again for 3
seconds. The display now returns to stand-by mode.
3. Select heart rate-based lighting effects:
To use the heart rate-based lighting effects, set the lighting effects to the standard function (C00) as
described above. Now start your workout and either attach a heart rate strap or place your hands
on the hand-held heart rate monitors. The system automatically switches to heart rate-based lighting
effects.
4. Switch off the LED light effects:
To switch off the lighting effects and train without visual support, press the LED lighting effects symbol
at the bottom right of the display during your workout. To turn it back on at a later stage, press the
button again.
1. Manual training / Quick start:
To start a quick workout in which you can increase or decrease the intensity as required in 24 levels and train for
an indefinite period of time, press the start / pause button at the bottom left of the display in standby mode.
A 3-second countdown will appear on the display. When the countdown is over, your training session starts.
The output level is level 1. Press the up arrow buttons to increase the level and thus the number of
watts or the down arrow buttons to decrease it. A total of 24 performance levels are available to you.
Stay in one difficulty level for constant endurance training or do interval units with different intensity
levels and train for as long as you want.
