The master switch (Fig. 7, Pos. 3) and MGT illumination
switch (Fig. 7, Pos. 2) are located on the side of the
control cabinet.

The bushing (Fig. 18, Pos. 3) acts as a lead-through
for an additional 230 V AC power supply at the
switch cabinet. Customer service must be called
in for wiring up the 230 V AC power supply in the
switch cabinet. Do not alter the wiring in the switch
cabinet. Bosch cannot accept any liability for dam-
age resulting from inexpert workmanship.

The
Human Machine Interface (HMI)
face for controlling the EPS 625. The following func-
tions can be performed via the HMI:

RPM setting and display
R
Stroke setting and countdown
R
Oil temperature setting and display
R
Error diagnostics

Refer to chapter 5.1 for the description of the con-
trol keys on the HMI.
R
The HMI can be connected to a PC via the USB port
for updating the software.

Contact Bosch customer service for enquiries about
software updates.

Do not press the keypad buttons with sharp objects
or with greased hands.
The following data is displayed on the HMI screen:
R
RPM
R
Number of strokes
R
Oil temperature
R
Direction of rotation of flywheel
R
Error code (if any)
The HMI can be turned and positioned conveniently
for viewing the display from either side of the EPS 625
(refer Fig. 31).
