Replacing the pilot burner nozzle
Unscrew screwed-on cap (Ref. 1), remove the nozzle and
•
replace it with one that is suitable for the type of selected
gas (see Tab. 3).
Refit the screwed-on cap.

Use a foam product to check that the cap does not leak.
•

Minimum adjustment
Remove the knob and the front cover.

To regulate the minimum of burners with the by-pass screw as indicated on figure (tab.4)

for BUTANE/PROPANE gas (G30/G31) the screw must be screwed till the bottom;

After the necessary transformation and substitution, reassemble precisely every removed

parts for testing to come back to original situation.
To apply on the technical plate, in the appropriate space, the complementary little plate
•
with the characteristics of new gas type installed.
Test for leaks on the gas circuit.

Before delivering the appliance to the user:
Check that operates correctly;

Instruct the user at the correct use.
•
for METHANE gas (G20)
place the burner knob to regulate, in minimum position
with the burner light up, unscrew anticlockwise the by-
pass screw to obtain a minimum steady flame. The burner
flame must remain ignited also in the passages from
maximum to minimum without cause backfires.
After the regulation seal the by pass with varnish.
