Situation
International travel: When changing between regions which post speeds in miles and those
which post in kilometers, the speed limit sign recognition feature will not function until the correct
U.S./Metric selection has been made.
Your vehicle passes
a U.S. or Canadian
speed limit sign.
In some cases,
this feature may
detect speed signs
on parallel roads,
warning the driver
and reducing the
throttle.
Cruise is either
"ON" or "OFF."
Your vehicle
exceeds the posted
speed limit by 5 to
9 mph (8 to 14 kph).
The vehicle exceeds
the posted speed
limit by more than
10 mph / 16 kph.
