1. Faucet Installation

:
NOTE For single hole lavatories, the escutcheon, spacer and gasket are
not required. Use the rubber washer only.
- Place a bead of plumbers putty around the underside of the
escutcheon. (For marble countertops, use the gaskets provided -
remove the adhesive backing and apply the gaskets over the
lavatory holes with the adhesive side down.)
- Set the spacer and gasket, with the gasket down, under the center
hole of the escutcheon.
- Align the center hole of the escutcheon with the center hole of the
lavatory.
- Slide the washer over the supply hoses and into groove on the faucet
body.
- Insert faucet supply hoses into hole in lavatory.
- Insert lift rod into hole at rear or faucet body.
- From underside of lavatory, place bracket and nut onto mounting
stud. Position faucet so that lift rod is toward the back.
- Tighten nut securing faucet to lavatory.
- Remove excess putty from escutcheon if installed.
