1. Fill the container (2) with sand blasting material, no more than 510 g.
2. IMPOTRTANT: use the blasting material supplied, or another blasting material that does not
contain silica acid. Observe the safety instructions of the blasting material manufacturer.
3. Hold the blasting gun horizontally so that no blasting material escapes unintentionally through the
nozzle.
4. Connect the blasting gun with the compressed air (6).
5. Set the pressure on your compressor to 6.2 bar (90 PSI).
6. Press the trigger (5) to begin blasting. Refill the container with blasting material as required.
7. Check your workplace in order to prevent slipping on the blasting material.
8. When you are finished, empty the container and blow the remaining blasting material out of the
blasting gun.

LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE
•
Before using the compressed air device each time, lubricate with 4 to 5 drops of air tool oil.
Sufficient oil must be filled in the air inlet.
•
After each use, thoroughly clean the working area. Spilt blasting material is very slippery and
creates a dangerous working environment.
•
Do not reuse blasting material already used as this results in a reduced blasting performance.
•
Without blasting material, check the device for leaks at regular intervals.
•
Never immerse the tool in a liquid.
