OPERATION
• Operate the product exclusively on compressed air systems that have a correct air pressure and
sufficient air volume (l/min) for this tool.
• Before using the compressed air device, add 4 to 5 drops of air tool oil to the air inlet. The output of
the device depends on the size of the air compressor and the compressed air supply volume.
• The speed can take place via a air supply regulator (not included in the scope of supply).
• The technical data of the tool relates to a working pressure of 6.3 bar.
• Always take great care when using the blasting gun. In event of negligent operation, components
inside the device may be damaged and restrict performance.
• To operate the tool, press the operating lever (trigger).
• To stop the tool, let go of the operating lever.
• Never remove any information labels. Replace damaged labels.
• Keep hands, loose clothing and long hair away from moving parts of the tool.
APPLICATION
Note: take enough time for a careful selection of a working area. Take care that your workplace is
near to the compressor and blasting material. Attention! The ground and substrates may be
damaged by the blasting material, maintain sufficient distance. Always stay aware. Remove the
device or other objects from the blasting area. Persons and animals must not remain in the blasting
area. Never direct the blasting gun against persons or animals. Blasting material may also lead to
hand injury. Wear gloves that are suitable for sand blasting. Always wear safety glasses and dust
masks when sand blasting.
