Temperature control

The right hand knob is the thermostat - turn it clockwise
for cooler, counterclockwise for warmer.

Function control

The left knob is a six position control that allows you to
select heat or cool in either low speed or high speed. Plus
you can select fan only if you wish.

To remove filter

The diagram at right (Figure 7) is a guide to filter replace-
ment. Simply turn the unit off and pull the filter frame up
and towards you. Clean with warm water and a mild liquid
detergent; rinse, dry, and replace by sliding the filter back
into position behind the front panel.

Model YQ07
This model has a different control panel (Figure 6) from the
larger TwinTemp ® units, but it performs equally well. This
model is designed for use in warmer climates; therefore it
does not have back-up electric heat and will not provide
adequate heating below an outdoor ambient temperature
of 37°F (3° C).
Model EQ08
This model has a different control panel (Figure 6) from the
larger TwinTemp ® units, but it performs equally well.
