3.4 Electrical Installation

A fully qualified electrical engineer must undertake all electrical work in accordance with local regulations.
230V Units Only
A fused IEC320 socket is provided for electrical connection.
If a cordset, other than the connector provided with the equipment, is
used to connect the equipment to the electrical supply ensure that it is
suitably rated for the application and in accordance with local and
national code regulations.
110V Units Only
The 110V units require connection via a conduit. A junction box is
provided on the side of the unit with a 18mm (3/8") hole to facilitate the
3/8" Conduit Entry
conduit attachment.
Inside the junction box is a terminal block clearly marked for
L - Live
N - Neutral
- Earth / Ground
The fuses fitted are T 0.75A 5x20mm (time delay or slow blow
characteristic). Replacement fuses must be certified to C22.2
No_248.14 or UL 248-14 and be capable of interrupting 10000A @
125VAC.
