Problem
Converter will not start.

Cause
1. Battery pack is defective.
2. Battery pack is not charged.
3. Feed motor cable is not plugged in.
4. Foot switch cable is not plugged in.
Solution
1. Replace the battery pack.
2. Charge the battery pack.
3. Plug in feed motor cable and secure.
4. Plug in foot switch cable and secure.
