Pelvic lift
Lie on your back on the ground. Point your toes up-
wards and push your heels fi rmly into the gym ball. Left
your pelvis gently off the ground
Ball slide
Lie on your back with your lower legs on the ball. Your
feet should be pointed upwards. Push your heels into
the ball and pull the ball towards you with your feet on
it. Then use your legs to roll the ball back into its starting
position.
Bridges
Lie on your back with your lower legs on the ball. Move
your feet upwards, elongate your knees, left up your
buttocks and roll up vertebra by vertebra until your hips
are elongated. Your arms should be lying by your sides,
lightly pressing into the ground. All of your torso mus-
cles are tensed. Hold this position and then relax again.
Stomach-Legs-Buttocks
Lie on your back with both legs on the ball. Lift your
pelvis upwards. Take one leg off the ball and stretch it
upwards. Then change legs.
Ball lift
Lie on the ground, engage your legs, pull up your toes
and push your heels into the ground. Stretch your arms
behind your head and take the ball in your two hands.
Lift up your outstretched arms with the ball, your head
and your shoulder girdle.

„Floating ball"
Lie on your back on the ground. Clamp the ball between
your lower legs and feet. Place your arms behind your
head and lift your head slightly. Stretch and slowly bend
your legs upwards and outwards with the ball.
