7. MAINTENANCE / TESTING

7.1. Maintenance / Cleaning work

The mains plug must be removed before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning work.
Depending on the use, time of use and degree of soiling, the cleaning fluid must be replaced. The device must be switched on without a
power source. The device should be cleaned regularly and when necessary using a cloth and / or cleaning agent. In order to preserve the
product liability, only original parts made by IBS Scherer GmbH may be used.
7.2. Inspection (German DGUV information 209-088 — section 5 / previously German BGR 180)
The IBS-Parts Cleaning Device must be tested for safe working condition as required, but at least once per year by a qualified person in

accordance with TRBS 1203.
The verification of the IBS-Parts Cleaning Devices as "stationary" or "portable" electrical devices must be carried out by the operator.
