Scope of information
These Operating Instructions contain information on how to in-
stall, commission and operate the device. Official and legal re-
gulations must always be observed. It is not possible to
provide comprehensive information on all these requirements
in this document. In Germany, for example, the Trade Associati-
on Directives (ZH 1/597 and ZH 1/281) in particular must be
observed. Further information on health and safety and opto-
electronic protection equipment can be obtained directly from
your local SICK distributor, e. g. Safe Machines (SICK guideli-
nes on the operation of optoelectronic protection equipment).
