If not already in use, for additional protection it

is recommended to install a residual current de-
vice (RCD) with a rated residual operating cur-
rent not exceeding 30 mA in the electrical circuit
of your bathroom. Ask your plumber for advice.
Never cover the appliance, for example with a

towel.
The appliance can become very hot. Never

leave your hair between the ceramic plates for
more than a few seconds.
The outer surface of the appliance may get hot
█
when used for long periods. In this case do not
touch with your hands and allow it to cool.
Do not allow the hot styling plates to come into

contact with your face, neck or head.
Unplug the appliance after use. Do not discon-
█
nect the plug by pulling on the cord. Place the
appliance on a heat resistant surface and allow
it to cool.
Never use the appliance if it or the power cord
█
is visibly damaged.
