Montblanc Guarantee for Australia
Mandatory Statutory Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are en-
titled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Montblanc Guarantee
This Montblanc Guarantee gives you additional rights provided by Montblanc. Every Montblanc watch
is meticulously crafted from the finest materials. Every single part is subject to scrupulous inspections.
Montblanc guarantees the quality of the materials, faultless workmanship and flawless operation. Nevert-
heless, should your Montblanc watch prove defective, please contact the Montblanc dealer listed on your
International Guarantee Certificate; only authorised Montblanc dealers are entitled to provide guarantee
service as defined in this Montblanc Guarantee. In order to benefit from this guarantee you will be required
to present this Montblanc Guarantee Certificate duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an authorised
Montblanc dealer. This Montblanc Guarantee covers defects of materials or workmanship of your Mont-
blanc watch. Montblanc will remedy these identified defects free of charge for up to two (2) years from the
date of purchase. Thereafter, Montblanc will repair any defective product or part subject to a service charge.
The Montblanc Guarantee does not cover defects and damage caused by accident, improper use (including
knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), normal wear or tear, alteration, dismantling or repair by persons other than
authorised Montblanc repair specialists or the use of components other than those recommended by Mont-
blanc. The Montblanc Guarantee also excludes battery cells, leather straps, rubber and metal bracelets, and
watches with the serial number removed.
