PENDANT MOTORS
The appliance is now ready for attachment of the required tool and
subsequent use; note that, depending on the exact motor model, the
following flexible shaft attachment systems may be present (see Fig. 3):
1. Faro attachment (gear type);
2. Industrial motor (M.I.) attachment (spindle);
3. Marelli attachment.
The following table shows the compatibility between motors and flexible
shafts:

4.1 - INSTALLING THE FLEXIBLE SHAFT

4.1.1 – Shaft with FARO or MARELLI attachment
Procedure:
1) unscrew the ringnut on the motor casing base (4, Fig. 3) and insert it
on the flexible shaft;
2) insert the flexible shaft attachment into the recess on the motor,
ensuring it is properly engaged;
3) tighten the ringnut.
