5.6. CONTROL PANEL: MOD. KUBE 2 Plus
The control panel is situated under the oven doors, from which the responsible
operator can manually carry out the starting of the machine (Fig. 5.4.):
1. Indicator light of the functioning floor resistance of the lower chamber;
2. Thermostat of the floor resistance of the lower chamber with position | - OFF;
3. Indicator light of the functioning roof resistance of the lower chamber;
4. Thermostat of the roof resistance of the lower chamber with position | - OFF;
5. Indicator light of the functioning floor resistance of the upper chamber;
6. Thermostat of the floor resistance of the upper chamber with position | - OFF;
7. Indicator light of the functioning roof resistance of the upper chamber;
8. Thermostat of the roof resistance of the upper chamber with position | - OFF;
9. Switch of the lamp of the lower chamber

In the KUBE 2 Plus oven, the baking chambers have the central resistance in common, so if you need to use just a
chamber, proceed with the ignition of the lower chamber
5.7. MACHINE USE: MOD. KUBE 2 Plus
Activate the switch of the lamp (9 , 10 ) to turn on the internal lamp of the chamber:
• rotate the ignition knobs of the resistances (2, 4 , 6 and 8) according to the temperature you want to obtain;
• once the adjusted temperature has been reached, the indicator lights (1, 3 , 5 and 7) turn off, to indicate that the adjusted tem-
perature of the relative chamber has been reached; it should be noted that the system, once the desired operation temperature
has been adjusted, is automatic.
• to stop the machine, rotate the knobs (2, 4, 6 and 8) in position 0 - ZERO, with a following switching off of the indicator lights (2, 4,
and 6). In case of temporary or prolonged stop, before restarting the electric equipment, remove all the food products inside the
electric equipment. In case of prolonged stop, size the general installation of the power supply network, disconnect the feeding plug.
• before the switching off, wait for the baking process ending inside the electric equipment, then:
• open the oven doors of the baking chamber grasping the opening handles;
• remove any food product from inside of the baking chambers;
• stop the electric equipment as specified above;
• adjust the switches of the lamps (9 and 10) on the position O - OFF;
• disconnect the feeding plug.
