5.1. USE PRECAUTIONS
Control, before the starting:
•
that there are not foreign bodies inside the baking chamber;
•
that all the protection foils have been removed;
•
that the fixed guards, the door of the baking chamber are intact;
•
that the systems of safety control are working.
With the first use of the equipment, it is recommended to vacuum heat the oven to eliminate eventual bad smells caused by the
thermal insulation and by manufacturing residues. Adjust the control knob of the temperature on 200°C for about an hour. In this
phase it is normal to notice the presence of a minimum quantity of smoke or odour.
Condensation inside the chamber can be formed during the prolonged baking, so pay attention to the opening of the oven door.
Supervise the baking, if you cook with much fat and oil, because the oil could overheat and provoke a fire. The electric equipment is
equipped with an oven door and inside a porthole with tempered glass; this type of glass is more resistant than the normal glass and
it is less subject to ruptures. The tempered glass can break but it does not produce sharp corners. Avoid scratching the surface of the
tempered glass; if the glass shows scratches, contact the Technical Assistance Service.
Before starting each cycle of work, ensure that the machine is perfectly clean.
5.2. CONTROL PANEL: MOD. KUBE 1
The control panel is situated under the oven door, from which the re-
sponsible operator can manually carry out the starting of the machine

5.3. MACHINE USE: MOD. KUBE 1
Activate the switch of the lamp (5) to turn on the internal lamp of the chamber;
•
Rotate the ignition knob of the roof resistance (4) according to the temperature you want to obtain;
•
Rotate the ignition knob of the floor resistance (2) according to the temperature you want to obtain;
•
When the adjusted temperature has been reached, the indicator lights (1 and 3) turn off, to indicate that the adjusted tem-
perature has been reached; it should be noted that the system, once the operation temperature you want has been reached, is
automatic. To stop the machine, rotate the control knobs into the position | - OFF (2 and 4), with a following switching off of the
indicator lights (1 and 3). In case of temporary or prolonged stop, before restarting the electric equipment, remove all the food
products within the electric equipment. In case of prolonged stop, size the general installation of the power supply network,
disconnect the feeding plug.
Before the switching off, wait for the baking process ending inside the electric equipment, then:
