Positioning straps onto the pulleys
Remove the pins (1) so as to be able to slide the bolts out of the pulley casing (2) and the strap rollers
(3) towards the centre of pal-turn™.

This way both straps (5) can be fitted into the pulley. (Important : when using straps which are coated
on one side, be assured that the coated side is in contact with the pulley)
Once this operation is complete, you merely have to replace the pulley spacers strap rollers, bolts and
attach the pins.
It is important to position the strap (5) correctly in the casing of the pulley so that it is held between
the ring of the pulley (6) and the pulley roller (4).
Remark: it is not necessary to dismantle the pulley rollers (4) for the positioning of the straps.
Positioning straps onto the load
It is important to make sure that the straps are vertical so that the load moves as little as possible
when turning over.
A sign of incorrect positioning of the straps is a cracking and/or jamming noise from the straps in the
pulleys. If in doubt, it is absolutely necessary to stop the turn over and position again the straps and
the load.
For a safe functioning, the load section directly below the straps must approximately have the same
perimeter.
