STEP 8
Slide the display (28) onto the plate (76). Then connect the
cable (13) and the cables (31) to the cables coming from the
display (28). Lock two hex bolts (32) into the main frame (1).
Tighten the bolts with the Allen key supplied.

ADJUSTMENTS
LEVELLING OF THE BICYCLE:
Turn the front stabilizer cap (18) as necessary to level the elliptical
bike.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE EFFORT REGULATOR:
To increase the tension, turn the tension control knob (33)
clockwise.
To decrease the tension, turn the tension control knob (33)
counterclockwise.
The resistance will be lower after a period of use, you must
tighten the belt (9) to increase the resistance.
