7 Installation

Place the autoclave near a power outlet suitable for the machine.
The autoclave will sit on a flat, horizontal, stable surface, leaving a space of 30 cm
around the machine.
Immobilize the autoclave, adjusting it to the ground, by using the stops located on
the front of the equipment, provided for this purpose.
Open the lid. Place the rack at the bottom of the boiler. Check that there are no
packaging elements inside the boiler. Verify that the boiler is clean and it does not
contain particles that could damage the passage through the valves.
Attach a tube in the "OUT CONDENSED" spike to collect condensate formed during
the phases in which the vacuum pump works. Do not place the vessel at a higher
level of the nipple.
If you plan to work in Liquid mode, attach a tube to the "OUT LIQUIDS" spike. Fill
the auxiliary tank with water.
7.1 External water inlet.
The autoclave can be filled through the external network through a 3/4 "socket as
seen in the picture. The supply pressure must never be higher than 2bar.
This form of filling must be set from the configuration panel.
7.2 Selection of drainage system
Place the valve control pointing it towards inside the machine with the selector valve
indicated, if you want to recover the water at the end of each sterilization
process.
However, place the valve control in the direction of outside, if you want to expel
water outside, at the end of each sterilization process. Fix a hose on the valve
outlet nipple and also fix the other end to a container or drain, taking care NOT TO
OBSTRUCT THE TUBE.
