10. 1 1. ANOMALIES AND BLOCK

There are two types of signals displayed by
the remote control: ANOMALY and BLOCK.
10. 1 1. 1 . ANOMALY
In the presence of an anomaly the display
shows flashing <ERROR>.
The anomaly is identified by an error code
followed by the letter E (cannot be restored
by the user).
Call the authorised After-sales Centre.
10. 1 1.2. BLOCK
In the presence of a block, the display shows
flashing >>>>OK.
which alternates flashing (about every 2 se-
conds) with <ERROR>.
The block is identified by an error code follo-
wed by the letter E.
Press the
key to reset the circuit bo-
ard and restore functioning.
The display shows <RESET>
and then >>>OK

10. 1 2. ERROR SYMBOLS

The error signals are divided into
"Communication errors" and "Alarm
signals".
10. 1 2. 1 . Communication errors
The communication errors detect
communication errors between the
terminal and control.
They are shown on the display by "Er:"
followed by the error code described
below.
• Er:24 no control detected
• Er:25 no response after the initial
transmission of the parameters
• Er:26 no response from the control
with valid alignment parameters
• Er:27 loss of network control
• Er:29 incorrect alignment between
controls and relative expansions,
both in number and address
• Er:30
loss
of
communication
between terminal and control
In the presence of these errors, check
the machine hardware settings (DIP
switch) and the correct connection of
the terminal power supply cables (CE+
and CE-) and re-start the machine.
In the case of "Er:30" on exiting the pro-
gramming of one or more parameters,
after machine re-start these may have
to be reprogrammed.
After programming, first switch the
machine off, wait 20 seconds to allow
the settings to be saved in the perma-
nent memory inside the control.
10. 1 2.2. Alarm signal
The alarm signals detect errors on the
probes present (if set) and on the set-
tings of the machine itself.
They are displayed on the screen by "E"
followed by the number of the control
that detected the error and the error
code itself, as described below.
"Ex:yy" with x that varies from 0 to 7,
indicates that the error with code yy

has been detected on the control with
address x (selected using selector
switches 1, 2 and 3 of the DIP switch
on the same control).
Error codes (yy):
02: water coil temperature probe bre-
akdown
12: terminal room temperature probe
breakdown
Example: The "E0:06" signal indicates
that an error has occurred on the room
temperature probe on the control devi-
ce with address 0 (code 06).
In the presence of these errors, check
that the probes configured (manually
or default settings) are present, con-
nected correctly and functioning. The
error disappears on connection or
replacement of the probe (even with
machine on and running) or on re-pro-
gramming of the parameter relative to
the output (changing the type of probe
or resetting the parameter, indicating
the absence of the probe).
