ATTACHING THE FAN BLADES

WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not bend the
blade while installing, balancing the blades, or cleaning the fan. Do
not insert foreign objects between rotating fan blades.
Step 1. Remove blade holder plate from the motor housing by
remove the (8) blade holder mounting screws. (Fig. 16)
Step 2. Attach a blade to a blade holder plate using the two screws
with lock washers provided. (Fig. 17)
Make sure the blade is straight when set on the blade holder plate.
Tighten each mounting screw and then repeat this procedure for
each blade.
Step 3. Attach the blade holder plate assembly to the motor using
the (8) blade holder mounting screws previously removed. Be sure
to tighten all screws. (Fig 18)
NOTE: The notch located opposite to the arrow from the motor
must be completely aligned for proper installation from the blade
holder plate assembly and motor, as noted in the circle inset of Fig.
18.
