4. Attach mounting plate to junction box

5. Connect bare ground wire from the fixture to the ground wire
from the junction box by twisting a wire nut (CC) onto bare
ends of the wires.
to the white wire from the fixture (A) by twisting a wire nut
(CC) onto bare ends of the wires.
from the junction box to the black wire from the fixture (A) by
twisting a second wire nut (CC) onto the bare ends of the
wires.
Note: The ground wire may be red and/or has a copper
conductor.
The white junction box wire may be square and/or
has a silver conductor.

6. Make sure wire connections are secure. Carefully place
wires into junction box. Re-assemble the fixture (A) over
the mounting plate,
