ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn OFF power of work area at main circuit breaker or fuse
box.
CAUTION: Do not rely on wall switch alone to turn off
power.
2. Remove the set screw and washer preassembled to the
back plate of fixture (A) and detach the preassembled
mounting plate. Then, remove the preassembled screws on
each side of the fixture (A) and detach the preassembled
covers.
3. Insert bulbs (DD) into sockets of fixture (A), then re-attach
the covers with previously removed screws.
