The conversion must only be carried out by a registered gas fitter using the original conversion kit!

Replacement of twin coil
Follow procedure below:
Isolate the boiler from the mains supply.
Otherwise there is a risk of electrocution.
- Close the gas shut-off valve.
- Remove the casing.
- Pivot the control unit downwards.
- Release the fixing screw of the ignition transformer (TGG/
TGU) or the "Molex"-plug (CGB/TGC) (see fig.1).
- Remove the ignition transformer (TGG/TGU) or the "Molex"-
plug (CGB/TGC) from the gas combination valve and release
the fixing screw of the twin coil (see fig. 2).
- Remove the defective twin coil from the gas combination
valve (see fig. 3).
- Remove the seal from the electrical plug connection of the
defective twin coil and fit it to the plug connection of the new
twin coil (see fig. 4).
- The installation of the new twin coil has to be carried out in
reverse order.

Control checks
Check the gas connections for tightness.
Escaping gas may cause poisoning or the risk of
explosion.
