Parmesan Italian Popcorn
1/4 cup (59 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon (1.3 ml) dried basil
2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter, melted
Cheese and Bacon Popcorn
1/4 cup (59 ml) bacon bits
3 tablespoons (44 ml) cheese sprinkles
2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter, melted
Truffle and Black Pepper Popcorn
1/4 heaping teaspoon (1.3 ml) fine sea salt
1/4 heaping teaspoon (1.3 ml) cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter, melted
1 teaspoon (5 ml) white truffle oil
Buffalo Popcorn
1 tablespoon (15 ml) dry ranch dressing mix
2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter, melted
2 teaspoons (10 ml) hot wing sauce
Sweet and Savory Curried Popcorn
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
1/4 teaspoon (1.3 ml) curry powder
2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter, melted
After butter is tumbled with popcorn, add:
1/2 cup (118 ml) toasted coconut
1/2 cup (118 ml) toasted slivered almonds
1/2 cup (118 ml) golden raisins

Honey Sriracha Popcorn
1/4 cup (59 ml) honey
2 teaspoons (10 ml) Sriracha chili sauce
1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter
1/4 teaspoon (1.3 ml) salt
In a small microwave-safe bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, butter and salt.
Microwave on medium power for 30-40 seconds or until butter is
melted and mixture is runny. Follow tumbling directions.
Caramel Popcorn
1 cup (237 ml) brown sugar
6 tablespoons (89 ml) butter
1/3 cup (79 ml) light corn syrup
1 teaspoon (5 ml) molasses
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) baking soda
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine brown sugar,
butter, corn syrup, molasses and salt. Bring mixture to a boil and
cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes to reach 250°F (121°C) on a candy
thermometer. Stir in vanilla extract and baking soda. Follow tumbling
directions.
Hot Chocolate Popcorn
1/3 cup (79 ml) confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon (15 ml) plus 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon (1.3 ml) salt
1 1/2 cups (355 ml) mini marshmallows
1/2 cup (118 ml) mini chocolate chips
Combine confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Follow
tumbling directions. Let cool for several minutes. Add marshmallows
and chocolate chips to bowl and tumble for 30 seconds.
