5. Commissioning
5.1 Programming an RTS control point
The Lighting Mod/Var Ramp RTS-LB1 is commissioned using an RTS
control point.
Caution! If the installation comprises several Lighting Mod/Var Ramp
RTS-LB1 units, only one Lighting Mod/Var Ramp RTS-LB1 should be
connected at a time!
1)
Press the up and down buttons on the RTS control point simultaneously
until the ramp comes on then goes out.
2)
Briefl y press the PROG button on the RTS control point: the ramp
will come on then go out again to indicate that the RTS control point
has been programmed into the Lighting Mod/Var Ramp RTS-LB1.
6. Operation.
6.1 With a Mod/Var range RTS control point
1) To switch the light on:
-
Press the Up button.
2)
To switch the light off:
-
Press the Down button.
3)
To switch the light on directly to the "my" preset favourite
light intensity setting

Press the my button.
4)
To increase the light intensity
-
Move the thumbwheel up:
-
The light intensity begins on the minimum light intensity level
possible, i.e. on a night-light level;
-
The light intensity increases every time the thumbwheel is
moved.
5)
To decrease the light intensity
-
Move the thumbwheel down:
-
The light intensity decreases every time the thumbwheel is
moved;
-
The minimum light intensity corresponds to a "night-light" level.
Note: Once the "night-light" level has been reached, move the
thumbwheel down to switch off the ramp.
6.2 With an RTS control point
6.2.1 Standard control point
N.B.: A standard control point is a three button control point (Up/
Stop-my/Down).
1)
To switch the light on:
-
Briefl y press the Up button.
2)
To switch the light off:
-
Briefl y press the Down button.
3)
To switch the light on directly to the "my" preset favourite
light intensity setting
-
Press the my button.
4)
To increase the light intensity
-
Press and hold the Up button:
-
The light intensity increases as long as the button is held.
-
Release the Up button when the required light intensity is
reached.
