1.- Insert the USB memory, supplied
with the machine, into the USB port on
your computer.
2.- Click on the BOCH_USB file.
3.- Next, click on the BOCH-USB-
DUL.exe file. The screen will now
display the data programming.
The top section represents users
U1;U2; U3; U4; U5; U6. The next row
shows the 12 steps for Rocking
vibration level (0-60), and, in the
following row, the time (1-60 seconds).
Once the level and time settings have
been entered, save the data and
remove the USB memory from your
computer.
Insert the USB memory into the
external USB port on the monitor.
Press
START/STOP
machine in motion and use the
exercises previously saved to the USB
memory. Press the START/STOP
button to stop the platform.

On this model the pulse rate is
measured by placing both hands on
the sensors (R), located on the
handlebar, as shown in Figure 3.

• Frequency (Intensity): shows the
number of vibrations per second
measured in Hertz

• Amplitude: Height of each vibration
cycle. Peak displacement measured in
millimetres.

The see-saw vibration system lets you
change the oscillation height by merely
changing the position of your feet on the
platform, so that the further away we are
from the platform's centreline, the greater
the amplitude, see diagram below.
