ACCESS TO THE SUBMENUS
Command 01 Machine test:
This is used to perform the test relative to the various selections. By keying in 01 followed by key B, the
message "Selection nr.
motors) and press B. The machine will check the selections that are effectively present (Test 12). If the
number found does not correspond to the value set, the message " CONFIG ERROR" appears on the
display. This indicates that one or more of the selections is not connected electrically. In this case, check the
wiring. If however the number of the selections found corresponds to the value set, 3 vending cycles for each
selection are performed. If during this phase, an anomaly in the function of a selection is encountered, the
test is blocked and the corresponding selection code remains visualised on the display. If the test is
performed successfully, the machine returns to the main programming menu (command 00).
Command 02 Calls submenu for setting the clock & daily timers:
Type 02 and press ENTER, the menu appears on the display and the following options are available:
1. Date/Time
2. Weekly Timers
3. Lighting Options
1.Date/Time:
This command is used to set the clock on the VMC card: date, time and day of the week (the date is in
year/month/day format YYMMDD).
It also sets the option to display the clock on the fifth line of the display).
2. Weekly Timers:
Access the weekly timer settings submenu, which has the following options:
1. Energy saving
2. Discount for certain time slots
3. Machine inhibition/selections
1. The first parameter is the activation/inhibition (1/0) of the "energy saving" option. If the option is
enabled, because the timer is weekly, you are asked to choose the day by scrolling through the values
using any number key and confirming the selection by pressing "B". You can then program 3 daily
periods in which the function is activated/inhibited.
Then, 3 options are available: 1. Copy the programmed time slots to the next day; 2. Copy the
programmed time slots to all days of the week; 3. Change the time slots of the same day.
2. The first parameter is the activation/inhibition (1/0) of the "Discount for certain time slots" option. If this
option is enabled, the sequence described in the preceding paragraph is repeated.
3. In this case as well, the first parameter is the activation/inhibition (1/0) of the "Machine
inhibition/selections" option. If the option is enabled, the sequence described in point 1 is repeated.
Afterwards, you set the application of inhibition for the whole machine or only partially; in the latter case
you have to set for which selections you want to apply the time-dependant inhibition.
3. Lighting Options
With this command, you turn the power totally off = 0, or dim the lighting = 1 during the energy saving time
slots (see Alarm 11). Then, the system prompts for the option to turn off the LED when the door is open, 1 =
enabled, 0 = disabled.
Command 03 Recall of price setting submenu (you see also Command 69):
Enter 03 and press ENTER to recall the submenu for price setting of each selection , and 'Selection
number 0' appears on the display.
Enter the number of the selection for which you wish to display or edit the price and press ENTER. The text
'Price......' appears on the display, then enter the new price value and press ENTER once again to memorise
it, or press the ESC key to return to the main menu without saving the changes.
To set the price of selection 6 at € 1.20 proceed as follows:
