Viewing a directory entry

 In the Phone book menu, select "Read" and confirm with "Select".
 Use the  arrow key to scroll through all entries to the desired entry.
 Confirm your selection with the left control key "Select".
 The data for the entry is shown on the display.
You cannot make any changes.

Deleting directory entries.

Deleting an entry
 In the Phone book menu, select "Delete" and confirm with "Select".
 Use the  arrow key to scroll through all entries to the desired entry.
 Confirm your selection with the left control key "Select".
Delete all
 In the Phone book menu, select "Delete All" and confirm with "Select".
 Confirm the security prompt with the left control key "OK".
The directory is now empty.
