8 WARRANTY
8.1 General warranty conditions
Refer to the general terms and conditions of sale.
The system must be installed by a qualified professional technician using best practices and
complying with current standards and the stipulations in our instruction manuals. The system must
be used normally and serviced regularly by a specialist.
8.2 Warranty period
The VMI® PRO 1000 system and its control unit benefit from a 5-year warranty for parts and labour
(in our workshops).
All equipment (sensors) benefit from a 2-year warranty for parts and labour (in our workshops).
The warranty covering our products runs from the date of commissioning of the same, proven by the
provision of a warranty document.
8.3 Exclusions
Any defect in the installation associated with failure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations,
failure to comply with any applicable standards and current legislation or with lack of servicing, will
be excluded from this warranty.
