USER MANUAL
The instructions must be read before use
A sprayer is a pressure apparatus where there is always the risk of
explosion with a projection of liquid if the instructions are not followed. If
you have any doubts concerning its use, contact the manufacturer.
The original manual was written and approved in French. All other
languages are translations of the original. In the event of a conflict,
imprecisions or discrepancies between the French and other languages,
the French version shall prevail.
Maximum sprayer service pressure: 6bars / 5bars for apparatus with a
pressure limiter
INSTRUCTIONS
Lever depending on model:
- Fig. 1A: Notched lever to set the angular position. Install the pumping
lever. Ring A is pre-positioned to install the lever on the left (right-handed
user) (Fig. 1B).
Set the lever's angular and side position according to your body type. For
left handed users, move ring A to install the lever on the right (Fig. 1C).
- Fig. 2A: Rectangular section 2-position lever:
working position, storage position.
Install the pumping lever, on the left for right-handed users and on the right
for left-handed users (Fig. 2B).
To remove the lever, remove the pin and take out the lever by pushing the
clips on ring A (Fig. 2C).
Storage position (Fig. 2D).
- Fig. 3: For the model with pressure limiter on output from the pump:
To set the pressure limiter to the required value, tighten nut 1 into maximum
tightening position. Then unscrew within the max limit of one turn to
position the figures 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 opposite marker (B).
Carrying depending on model:
- Figs. 4 and 5: Set the carrying and/or chest straps. The sprayer must be
as high and close to the body as possible.
- Fig. 6: Install the lance on the handle:
Install the lance on the handle (1 and 2) and the nozzle on the lance tube
(3 and 4).
- Fig. 6: Depending on the models: Install the pressure regulator between
the handle and the lance. Check that the installation direction corresponds
to the product flow direction indicated by the arrow (a).
OPERATION
IMPORTANT: Before you start using your sprayer, refer to the general user
manual for the safety and usage rules for your product.
Depending on the models: The regulator ensure a constant spraying
pressure. So:
The spraying is performed at the pressure indicated on the regulator (Fig.
6.b), even if the sprayer is at a higher pressure than this.
The spraying stops when the sprayer pressure falls below the pressure
indicated on the regulator (Fig. 6.b). Pump again to pressurise the
apparatus.

MAINTENANCE
Depending on the models: For each sprayer rinsing operation performed
with the regulator installed (refer to the general user manual supplied with
your sprayer), pump until the air is sprayed to empty the regulatory
completely. Remove the regulator, install the lance on the handle and
activate the trigger to depressurise the sprayer fully.
Caution, if you want to remove the regulator while there is still product in the
sprayer, wear gloves and do not activate the trigger on the handle. When
treatment is complete, put the regulator back and carry out the rinsing
operation as indicated above.

- Fig. 8: Grease the piston seals (A) on the handle.
ENGLISH
- Fig.11: Extract the pump: With the reservoir (B) empty, unscrew the air
chamber (C), remove the screw (D), take out the reservoir, remove the
pumping lever (E) and remove the pumping assembly (F).
- Fig.12 to 15: Remove the pump. Grease or replace the chamber seal (G)
and the membrane (J). Replace the valves (H) and (I) if necessary.
- Fig.17 to 21: Put the pump back: respect the membrane positioning
direction (Fig.17), put back the washer and the screw and tighten between
0.3 and 0.4 m/kg, replace the piston arm after greasing and putting back
the bearings, make sure that the tabs (K) on the bearings (L) are perfectly
placed in their housings (M) on the piston (N), tilt the piston (N), check that
the membrane's pin (P) is fully pushed into the pump body, tighten the nut
again and put the spring back.
FAULTS / SOLUTIONS
Operating problems
No pressurisation in the air
chamber.
No pressurisation in the air
chamber and a leak under
the pump.
The liquid flows through the
nozzle without the switch
being pressed.
The air chamber is
pressurised, but the liquid
does not flow then the
lance switch is pressed.

After depressurising the apparatus,
check:
- The seal on the elements between
the pump output and the end of the
lance. In the event of a leak, tighten
or replace the defective element.
- The condition of the air chamber's
seal (G). Grease or replace if
damaged.
- The presence of the pump's valves
(I) and (H). If absent or damaged,
replace.
- The presence of the valve (R), the
spring (S) and the seals (Q) on the
pressure limiter (Fig. 22).
- That the membrane is correctly
positioned and in good condition.
Replace if necessary.
- The condition of the piston seals (A)
on the handle. Clean. Replace if
damaged.
- That the circuit is not blocked at the
fast connector, the handle filter and
the nozzle. Clean.
- The correct operation of the fast
connector, by pressing the closing
valve (T) (Fig. 22). Replace if
damaged.
